Not too long but intense. I have managed to learn a lot though. The company is still going through a lot of changes and hopefully it would soon be full harmonized. This would simplify the processes and assist in negating any division.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Additional health care. Food vouchers are good, but too low in quantity and not comparable to the competitors so they need to be increased.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their professionalism. Also that they follow the DXC values and truly care about me as a person and employee. They help me improve and develop daily.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Amazing professionals, very helpful and knowledgeable. Not judgmental, and always ready to help. They contribute to a positive and safe environment, and embody the team spirit on a daily basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
Recognition and the gratitude when I have assisted my customers or colleagues. My work is quite negative in its essence, but my colleagues manage to remain positive and are always thankful for my contributions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has knowledgeable employees, who maintain a high level of professionalism. Employee are open to help and communicate with you. There are some great additional initiatives, which keep us engaged and provide a feeling of community.
