On balance, more good than bad. I have had the opportunity to lead in 3 different L5 Snr Mgr/Director 1 roles. Right now though, feel hugely under valued and also annoyed at the new JL initiative which is not recognising Legacy ES Dir 1 level as a Director.

Staff loyalty and commitment despite tangible reward
What makes you most happy at work?
Inspiring and leading my team and portfolio ( despite the major salary issue )
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sadly, there is little positive at present. I feel the company has taken several steps backwards and lost the trust of employees
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to come from very credible companies and have held key positions previously. Their relevance in the market will hopefully influence our share price in a positive manner
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have two members of my team on £35k base salary more than me and I am the portfolio lead in my area of business. There is no line of sight for this to be corrected. I would feel alot better if an OOC salary increase was awarded to recognise my loyalty and success. Th
