It is overall a warm experience. We get to work with freedom and flexibility, interact with the leadership frequently, and grow through various learning programs. The only suggestion is to restructure the pay ranges and give hikes to motivate and retain employees.

My responsibilities i.e., assisting others and helping them to get the issues solved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in benefits and the fixed component, because we are paid less than standard market and no hikes are given for FY24.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To be responsive when we ask any queries and we can improve it we can connect in person so that the bond improves.
