Overall good, there are pros and cons in everything and while there is lack of clarity in terms of direction at ground level, the team, the work and the flexibility make the experience good.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
being virtual first and the flexibility that comes with it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, being there for each other and most team members don't want to pull you down - grow together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is much lower than my peers despite the role exposure and experience being at par. Because of no merit cycle I have not received any salary correction in DXC.
