There is an open dialogue among team members. The conducive environment ensures and enables everyone to get the things done. Everyone's opinion is valued and appreciated. People are encouraged to gain exposure in other domains other than their BAU activities enabling their holistic development.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am given the freedom and liberty to work at my own pace and deliver excellence. Whenever I make a mistake, I am not judged for it or ridiculed, instead my team sits on the issue together to get it resolved. The challenging work makes me look forward to learning new thing each day.
