My overall experience in the company is good except that financial challenges of the company (no salary increases/bonuses, minimal increases for promotions, limited opportunities for next-level roles, etc.) are making me doubt the stability of the company hence looking for external opportunities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increases are very few and far between thereby making it hard to cope with inflation. Benefits also need to be improved, particularly on HMO coverage.
