Overall experience has been positive. Compensation at the start is above average, but does not scale well with promotions, tenure, and the level of work. Despite this, work life balance is stellar, and there are great opportunities for growth and learning. Work is also mentally stimulating.

The leadership has everyone's best interest at heart, and it seems to be the driving force in everything that they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For an International company, compensation for my current role and tenure is low. I can have my salary be twice or thrice as much as what I'm currently earning if I go to a different company.
