I'm satisfied with my current role and with the my career perspective, unfortunately I think the company has the bas habit to take too long to recognize people properly, but I'm just beginning as employee and look forward to see more.

The good plan of medical insurance, a good company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The sense of humanity that we all have and encourage among the teams.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers are not pretty familiar with good technical resources, even basic ones, and there is a lack of initiative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the way that we see each other as a human being before anything else, but maybe it's my manager's responsibility, he encourage this culture.
