virtual environment - working from home (avoiding traffic), my team and my role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we all work from a virtual environment, I have never felt alone. We are just one phone call away, no matter how busy are our days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leader is very communicative, and people oriented. She really does take a people centric approach while also executing and proactively engage to do things better in the org and other businesses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for someone with more than 10 years in this company I believe my salary should match or be close to my group/ teammates. We all work in the same area and we have the same goals but working outside of the US I feel like it sets a low bar when it comes to compensation.
