I love what I do and I love my team. But I am very frustrated with lack of support from Upper management and lack on annual raises.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department we are working to make people better!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PAY ME MORE. At least give annual raises. This is very frustrating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together as a team and support each other. Also have the best manager in the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Money management. No raises in years. I am suffering due to inflation and they are doing nothing but telling us to work harder.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If I were better compensated or at least annual increases I would be happier. I do love what I do, but I am drowning in higher prices with no help from my company.
