Since we moved to DXC it has been a roller coaster, we have had brand changes, CEO changes, many people has left the company, im not sure until what day i will have this job. I love what I do here and i learn a lot, I have a lot of opportnities to lear and train on new stuff and wonderful life balan

We are an open, diverse team with many inclusion activities.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can balance personal life and work, im not stressed out, i feel confident on my knowledge and I don't usually face difficult situations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along very well, we support each other and have each other's backs when necessary. We share knowledge, and together we get the job done very well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It would be really good to know where we are going so we can all work together on the same objective, and if somone leaves the company and other have to do their job it would be fair to have salary increase.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have not had a salary increase in more than 3 years, still we are doing our job and the job of people who has left the company, we are commited to make the company work, but they should care about us too.
