Love my job, love my team, really enjoy DXC and the company. Very proud to be associated with top talent.However I feel demoralized daily because DXC leadership makes continual promises of financial rewards that NEVER happen.I've never seen this in many years in the workforce.Broken promises each yr

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
DXC has a unfortunately accurate reputation of not paying their consultants and never giving raises. The top leadership, however appears to be well compensated. The expense of continually replacing employees because they finally left for decent salaries is a huge hidden cost that is overlooked.
