I have had an excellent experience, but I have watched others have a poor experience. Some people are let go unceremoniously, esp to move jobs offshore. I understand the financial benefits of utilizing offshore personnel, but wish the process could happen more organically, with attrition rather.

401k matching contribution. I do not use DXC health insurance.

We lose team members all the time because they get better paying jobs. Pay could be higher.

Our team thrives on collaboration and support. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help each other. We continuously learn and share new ideas to grow and improve as a team, which fosters both personal and group success.

I appreciate our leadership's clear communication through regular town halls and email updates, which keep us informed and engaged. They also show they value employees by actively seeking feedback through surveys and sharing how they implement changes based on our responses.
