I have just completed 38 years. I have stayed as I believe that we have the potential to be great and I want to be a part of that before I retire.
What makes you most happy at work?
Beyond the people it is being challanged and busy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not doing the same thing again hoping for a different result. They are working together on a model and tweaking that model to get to one that works.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have not had the opportunity to travel internationally very much, but through work and the great people I work with I have learned so much about other cultures and experience the world through them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have picked up the roles of multiple people, and have done that consistently over the past 10 years, My overall compensation is less now than i was in the past, and with raising cost of living I feel I am going backward.
