Overall, the experience is good. Sometimes it is frustrating when we change direction frequently & we don't really have the staff to do the changes correctly. I'm a woman, sometimes I feel male coworkers and management are dismissive of my experience and suggestions.

The ability to work remotely is great, everyone I interact with seems to be adept at it.

I work on a diverse team, and I enjoy the interaction. Most team members are very dedicated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay raise would be nice. I've been fortunate to receive a small bonus based on exceptional performance, but the amount does not match the effort.
