I like DXC, I dont love it. I like my immediate leadership and teams, they are fantastic. However the company cutbacks and continuous bypass of cost of living increases and merit increases and "promotions" with no increase is really a slap in the face for people who actually contribute and care.

we are engaged, we talk and work together daily to make sure we deliver to our client
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
my team and thier understanding of the way we work and what we need to do to meet requirements.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my direct leadership team is direct and engaging, I know where I stand even if I dont like the message. they work with us and keep us informed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am tired, there is little work life balance and frankly we are understaffed and oveworked for a helpdesk. at the lowest levels we see cutbacks when in my opinion we should be looking at the higher levels to balance the workforce. We are very hard pressed to deliver to our contractual metrics.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes, we seem to get saddled with more and more work for the same compensation. I believe I have gone above and beyond many times with my clients and recievied Kudos from them. the fact that they want to make sure I stay on thier contract should speak for itself, but seems it does not.
