The past 10 years have had a negative influence on me. I have always loved my job. There have been no compensation changes yet I know there have been new hires that are making more. People have left the company , died or retired and they have only moved the work to existing people.

I don't feel that I am paid for my contribution to the company - I have direct reports that make more than me and my responsibilities are greater.
