its been a lot of up and down. At times its been great and other times the expectations of the position have left me in tears. Most often I feel that we are too siloed in our work. No one here communicates well. There is no training when moving positions. I have had to learn a lot on my own.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Definitely feel undervalued and significantly underpaid. Anyone coming to DXC should be aware upfront that there is no such thing as an annual wage increase, or cost of living increase. Internal promotions pay significantly less than an external candidate would receive.
