Pleased with the guidance provided by my direct manager. This improves the overall perception of the company culture. Remote work arrangement allows me to live a happier life outside DXC and motivates me to continue working here. Compensation policies needs to be reviewed ASAP.

What makes you most happy at work?
Challenging work environment, but with a manageable pressure level. This keeps me pushing harder and willing to work on new things, while still knowing that the leaders will support me through the issues along the way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems to have a disconnection between the high and low level leadership and employees when it comes to compensation. It takes many quarters (years, even) of constant and consistent delivery to get any recognition, and then when it comes it's usually underwhelming or "ok".
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The attention received from my direct manager is the single most important and strongest appeal to continue in the company. My manager cares about me as a person. On the flip side, the policies for compensation and financial incentives for high-performing employees need to be reviewed and improved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Remote work culture is still going strong, despite a recent push to get people back in the offices. "Remote first" / "Smart First" is still showing good results in delivery and production of the team, allowing the employees to get perform their best due to a great life / work balance.
