It's a smaller company with a still-developing culture, with the only "negative" experience being a lack of onboarding, but the exec teams are very transparent about improvements they are making across the board. Overall, a great company and environment to expand your career.

Creating new opportunities for our company to grow, while at the same time putting extra money in my pocket!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It really just comes down to the current economic climate, and the fact that most job openings I see for similar positions elsewhere now have starting salaries ranging from $5-$15k higher.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give you the opportunity to work as you see fit, while still having a foundation in place for clear goals to be reached regularly. Also love how they also always leave the door open for pursuing new opportunities/positions internally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Same comments I had about leadership, the culture/environment allows you to work how you see fit while still having clear goals to achieve regularly. Also has a great office space that I look forward to coming to at least twice per week.
