Management is horrible. They only do what will benefit them and the ones they like. She is rude to gusts and staff. They willfully ignore items being stolen from guest rooms. Basic item to clean and maintain the hotel are never available.

It is not my coworkers it is management playing favorites. Allowing 3 coworkers to do absolutely nothing and do as they please.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I never interview was just told u start work Saturday morning at 10 it took a month and a half to get my first check
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't get compensation for anything. We are asked to come in on our days off to help. Only to have one of our scheduled day to be taken. I now know and have proof she is adjusting our hr work. She is stealing our hr and pay
