If you have a choice of being homeless or working at the wilmington branch, choose being homeless. The turn over rate at this property is beyond ridiculous. The general manager is very rude and disrespectful about her employees and guests. In a 3 week span I saw roughly 10 others quit.

The management in place is still there but employees do not stay.

Needs a new general manager that is not rude, disrespectful or a bully.

She was very nice and professional. I looked forward to working there after I spoke with her.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The team needs to get better at supporting employees and team members. Also the turnover rate should be investigated, at least looked into......
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude, respect. Accountability. Professionalism. In 3 weeks there was one meeting which was only because the district manager was coming to the property.
