It was straightforward and the management was enthusiastic for how the company was a rapid growing success. Learning about the Brazilian culture, and definitely being able to "learn" the many items and meats/ wines they have to offer. Delicious!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During my 4.5 years of employment experience with the company I learned the hard way that with each new change amongst management my professional reputation, be it, my exceptional commitment, sacrifice, tenure, experience, leadership, training countless new managers & staff, was all quickly forgot
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Cool group of interesting leadership. I enjoyed the trade off in lessons to be taught about U.S. culture and learned about Brazilian culture. Unfortunately they favor their own ethnicity over any other, so getting promoted to a position you've demonstrated to execute in a superior manner doesnt help
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their willingness to learn the appropriate attitude to deliver a memorable experience for our guest and mutual respect and professionalism for one another. I enjoyed my work most when others would witness me carrying the weight of the ever revolving staff of fresh faces would make all work together
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing the countless hours Iv'e trained and studied and overall genuine optimism would allow me to meet (meat) lol. & provide a meaningful memory while delivering an unexpected show of going the extra mile to so many novel guest. I love to make people smile and I want them to know they're my focus
