What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not sure I have a leadership team. I have written job aides.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team was cut by 2/3 in an effort to save the company money. Many of us have no clue what we are doing, working in areas that we are not accustomed to. I work in 911 addressing which is important to get it right. My supervisor and manager have been 100% supportive and there for us.
