I think I got really lucky to be part of a team that cares about each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I went through several interviews. They seemed to be rigorous about trying to find the very best fit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication is transparent. We're a big company now but they haven't lost the feeling of caring about us like family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not at one of the smaller stations so my location is able to pay me more than in a smaller market. I understand the economics of why our pay is what it is. My starting pay was less than I wanted, but hard work here pays off and I am fairly paid. now. I like that I was able to earn where I am.
