Theyre good and decent people.
There is a real sense of camaraderie amongst myself and my coworkers, probably because we're all being run ragged and need one another to make things work. Probably the best thing I can say about where I work and the only reason I haven't already left for another job (though I have begun looking).
They are hard workers who get the job done even when the odds are heavily stacked against them. They never give up, and they also never get any accolades for it, and yet they keep giving it their all.
Friendly, supportive, enjoyable to be around, goal-oriented.

The stressful environment of a newsroom bonds people together. There are people in every Gray newsroom who have empathy and wisdom to share.
Competition is good between us
The people are great but employers feel undervalued when minimum wage jobs make almost what i make and have school loans to pay.
I think I got really lucky to be part of a team that cares about each other.

Co workers on my level are good we all get along but we are considered expendable and are hidden in a back room where none of the pretty people have to deal with us.

Management and environment must improve
Some of them are excellent, and I enjoy time with them. But theres a lot of gossip, and one particular employee that makes the workplace feel very uncomfortable and hostile.
