What are some of the best things about your team?
Theyre good and decent people.
There is a real sense of camaraderie amongst myself and my coworkers, probably because we're all being run ragged and need one another to make things work. Probably the best thing I can say about where I work and the only reason I haven't already left for another job (though I have begun looking).
They are hard workers who get the job done even when the odds are heavily stacked against them. They never give up, and they also never get any accolades for it, and yet they keep giving it their all.
Friendly, supportive, enjoyable to be around, goal-oriented.
The Production Manger is the best boss I ever had
The stressful environment of a newsroom bonds people together. There are people in every Gray newsroom who have empathy and wisdom to share.
Competition is good between us
The people are great but employers feel undervalued when minimum wage jobs make almost what i make and have school loans to pay.
I think I got really lucky to be part of a team that cares about each other.

Everyone cares about each other.
Teamwork. When problems arise we all come together to fix them
Co workers on my level are good we all get along but we are considered expendable and are hidden in a back room where none of the pretty people have to deal with us.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The have little or no experience when they're hired. They're hired because they're the least expensive optin. Not their fault. Management's fault.
Communication is lackkng top fown
Better management, more communication and more personal relations instead of focusing all on the money and keeping that for the higher ups.

There’s.nothing if corporate turns their head to how mean they are. It’s about the bottom line —
Do their job competently and not rely on others to do it for them
Management and environment must improve
Some of them are excellent, and I enjoy time with them. But theres a lot of gossip, and one particular employee that makes the workplace feel very uncomfortable and hostile.
