What did you like most about the interview process?
It was over zoom and it didnt take a ton of my time
It allows prospective employees to decide if they are good fit in our newsroom family -- because that's just as important as the work since we work so closely and in a high-stress environment.

Consistent dialogue throughout the process
The HR person was very nice and helpful.
I liked that they werent like other places, that they cared about their workers, were willing to compromise, and understood how to properly incentivize their team. The problem is, they lied about all of it.
