Listening to the needs of their staff and field crews who are instrumental in creating the content that allows them to be successful.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked that they werent like other places, that they cared about their workers, were willing to compromise, and understood how to properly incentivize their team. The problem is, they lied about all of it.
