I think Gray is a good company, but like every business, they have their "problem child" stations. Sadly, that ruins it for the company. KKTV is one of those stations. Many of the managers feel line they are in constsant fear of losing their jobs, which filters down to the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR person was very nice and helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are some fun incentives within the company, but honestky, the money they spend should go to increasing wages across the board. You know it is bad when even managers are making less than average managers elsewhere.
