Driving being behind the wheel makes me feel my best
What are some of the best things about your team?
The training instructor is very understanding and open to questions and any help behind the wheel
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The training instructors are really good with the new people that haven't forgotten what it's like to be a new trainee
What did you like most about the interview process?
The management is so eager to get drivers in there and out by themselves that they do not make sure all your paperwork and background check is complete before they start bringing you in to the office for training
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not one senior driver has anything positive to say about greyhound they can't wait to be able to leave they're just there for the check and they always speak about how the new drivers are treated so bad and that's why it's so hard to keep new people
