Overall great experience however there is a disconnect between corporate and in store leadership. Many Top Store leaders have been with the company for a very long time and are not adapting to the changes quickly enough. Some of the Top Store Leaders GM's call themselves OG's so they need to adapt.

The annual meetings to help sell are great and inspiring.

Once I understood what they were looking for. I was confident in my preparation.

Top leaders at corporate are some of the best. The leadership in stores at times needs more comprehensive training.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall most care. Again it is the GM's and UD's that have been there too long who are not held accountable for actions.
