Extremely undervalued and underpaid. For being one of the most expensive grocery stores in the North East, they pay the least. Employees have yet to see livable wages and fair compensation packages.

Communicating clearly as to why wages have not moved in years, Why people making the profits for your company cannot afford to live and eat.
