While the culture and diversity at Hannaford is incredible, there is a lot to improve on. Communication is almost nonexistent among departments. It's rare for anyone to get an answer to any question. There is a severe lack of support from management. Pay could be better for the workload.

Everyone working together as a team to provide our customers with a great shopping experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is excellent when it comes to diversity! I can come to work and not have to hide too much of my true self (i.e. sexuality, gender identification, racial identification, etc)!
