I hope to experience working in the two departments that I have so far my first month being at Hannaford involution New York. I've been OK but I feel that the training Wasn't completed And during my probationary period I got put on level two warning because of situation that was out of my control

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To worry about their positon and business and not to get involved with spreading my business all over the store. It statts with managers of depts and spreads arojnd the store and its nobody else's business when I call out to be spread around the entire story for everyone to know
