I have been at the Hannaford company for 4 years now. Ive had an open schedule nearly the whole time, had great yearly PA's. Other departments have begged for me to train with them. Yet i have only had a 3 dollar raise this entire time. One of them very recent after switching postions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive only had a 50 cent raise every year ive worked including after swutching positions and was the only nightly closer
