In the beginning it was a good company to work for, but over the years corp take over the company has lost it's soul. Now it's a shell to make money for others. Customer service has gone out the window, employee care has become a catch phrase instead of being a fact.

not being micro managed by management
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There isn't any issues with my coworkers, I'm just not concerned with interacting with them daily.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
corp management need to start looking at what they do from the point of view of the merchants and employees instead of looking at the bottom line and what puts the most money in theirs and share holders pockets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Corp keeps adding more fees and such to the merchant base, but has decided not to increase our wages this year. Also the insurance has gone up with a number of issues that have to retro fixed. HR seems to have issues getting payroll correct so far this year.
