Overall, I know that we are going through a tough period of time not made better by the pandemic. I know that difficult times will always pass. If presented this survey at a different time, it may have yielded different results, but it consists of how I feel at this present time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our management is invested in my performance and my desire to succeed in my role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical and prescription drug coverage. I pay almost nothing for needed medications and our insurance makes necessary doctor visits affordable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers at my peer level are very negative overall. They do not share the same values as me, nor are they invested in the company, its initiatives, and where we are headed in the future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is specifically invested in my career goals and providing the time and resources to help improve my performance and get me to where I want to go both as an employee and as an individual.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employee morale of our payroll specialists is very low in conjunction with negative attitudes. Some days I dread coming in because I feel like this is the day that some of my subordinates will give up and make work more difficult for me and their peers.
