I have worked at many large and small companies and nothing is like Heartland (from the Managerial and employees interaction stand point). It is refreshing to see how Managers handle team activities and how they get involved, and show that they care. It is the culture that I want to be in. Thank you
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is that informal culture and people's first advocacy. It is refreshing to see that in leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to communicate freely and openly with direct Manager(s). It is that "open door" policy and also, their caring attitudes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package is competitive but I mostly enjoy the Welcome package (the bakpack, notebook, mask etc.) It is small but a meaningful one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company seems to carry and advocate that "friendly culture" and "employee's first mentality" which for me, it the most important. Much more than the salary itself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Respect to one another in a collaborative work environment. Although, I am trying to bring that sparks so that everyone can enjoy work more, relax a bit more (not tense up).
