Overall my experience was fair. There needs to be change with this Company. There is a lot of favoritism among the managers towards certain workers and it is noticeable. Complaints and suggestions go unheard, what's the point of asking our concerns and complaints if they're not being recognized.

The residents are what make the work environment a positive place.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed that the manager was very welcoming and how accommodating she was to my schedule.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to the many residents I've built a bond with is what makes me most happy. They are so sweet and kind they are like my family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a server we do a lot and a lot is expected from us. I honestly feel as if we should be paid a fair amount for everything we do. As a server we receive many complaints and our voices are not heard regarding the matter.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fellow coworkers should be more professional and conduct themselves as an adult. Some of the workers have a bad habit of watching their coworkers work or just stand around socializing and doing nonwork related activities. If we are a team we all should be working together as one to complete our job
