What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity in the company. But, free lunches really play into the total comp plan and I love we have that option too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We each bring different strengths to the table and are able to work within our own strengths to accomplish the day to day tasks/priorities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are TRULY collaborative and really have the best interest of the employees and clients at heart. They do the right thing, with cost as one of the metrics, but not the first and only metric.
