Team Players and supportive culture.
The company has an open door policy.
Inclusive, supportive, friendly, oriented on growth and development. And my favorite - we work as one team and always support each other

stop endless cutbacks and layoffs
Need a good management who don't recognise employee with their caste. Productivity data too getting modified by management level.
Not every job can be done from Costa Rica. Walk the walk and ensure wellness programs are being utilized by employees. When you see a gap in benefit utilization is indicative of poor leadership or toxic working conditions.
Stop laying off employees in high touch positions. This intensifies the work for those who are left. HPE should not be a retirement home, many offshore roles are created to have a 1:1 alignment with US positions that have been WFRd.
refresh of the management team and a look at highering top talent.
I believe new leadership is needed

Stop outsourcing, better treatment of employees, more work/life balance (employees expected to work almost 24/7)

Nearly everything. A complete reversal of culture since the day Carly came on board.

Remove the constant fear that of being fired because I live in California & they can hire someone with no experience Boise for $10k less.
End the rampant layoffs. End the age discrimination. End the band aren't rehires. Invest in employees. Return to respect for the individual
Review from Sales Dept
Hard to work when you know your job could be eliminated in one of the seemingly constant lay offs. BTW, when HPE lays you off, you are forbidden from every coming back to work for HPE, regardless of the reason.
