ID.me's overall experience as an employee is wonderful. I come to work with a diverse, bright, team-oriented group of individuals with strong office culture values.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is incredibly collaborative; no ideas are bad ideas and the team is more than willing to pitch in and provide feedback any time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive part of our culture and environment is that our first core value is "Don't Be A Jerk." People come to work truly embodying that value.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I enjoyed that, despite the interviewing process being virtual, that the interviews felt very personal and the interview questions focus more on employees being a good culture fit for the company than what is on your resume.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I really enjoy that our leadership team takes the time every week to hop into a Zoom call for the entire office to learn what is going on company-wide. The leadership team is also very open with communication.
