I'd say it's the first time I've been at a company and not been actively seeking work elsewhere, it's great. This is the only corporate job I would want to have.

They're all good people. It's not just about them doing things to placate their employees, they really want what's best for their employees and act accordingly.

We do a really good job of interviewing and hiring people to where everyone here respects each other and works hard to not let any teammate down.

They're genuinely good people and you can see that in their words and actions. It's not just business-speak for them that they care about the people here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think this is probably universal so it's not like I'm bitter about my compensation but do I think I'm paid exactly what I'm worth, probably not quite.

They all work hard so asking us to work hard doesn't seem hypocritical because they're doing the same. And I think they all care about the reputation of this company and the people that work for it.
