Was good at first, until saw the truth. All a show. Unfair practices. Facade.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Some great ideas, but follow thru is lacking.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health/Medical benefits are now much better!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Swag and varied celebrations are fun.

Being busy and working closely with co-workers and customers.

When I'm able to contribute, add value and am recognized for the effort.

Swag. Nothing else really. Too much done for show, with nothing to back it up.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Poor morale. Distrust. HR not helping. Stop micromanagement. Address poor performers and take action.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

EOP. The medical benefits are not nearly what they should be considering the relationship we have with insurance companies.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I love the involvement with new BU calls, the excitement of AEP/Spring Training and the various office celebrations. The swag is wonderful!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need better training. The bad apples are not reprimanded. Management's fear is lack of headcount but negative employees causing dissent are far worse.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay people fairly. Manager paid to retain poor performers just to keep team numbers high which ruined morale. Men are still being paid more than women.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much done for show with nothing to back it up. CEO and VPs say hi to each other and ignore the "little people" but claim otherwise.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Unfortunately there several people on the team that don't do their share of work and are negative. Some are even downright rude and neglectful. The others, however, are a pleasure to be around with good attitudes and work ethics. They are true teammates.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My direct manager is supportive of me and my work. She is always available. She does a great job as a leader rather than just being a manager. She trusts me and my abilities. She also does a great job as a champion when it comes to my needs both professionally and personally.
