The company as a whole is amazing to work for. I would like to learn more of the different departments and what they do. They believe in their employees and that we will make a difference for the future of Integrity.

Rachelle Reynolds and what her and her team do to keep the environment enjoyable by providing activities to get to know others.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I do, I really enjoy it and want to make a difference to help improve processes and encourage the team to work as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is clear and concise about what their expectations are of the team. The goals are set and we need to work as a team to reach them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The extra work done so that the job gets accomplished should be shown not just with words with compensation. Even OT would be nice, especially if you are the one on the team that wants to work it and make a difference.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The negativity on the team makes it difficult to work and be productive. The leadership does not follow through and help the situation. Some days you just wish you could work from home to be more effective to the team. Everyone is complaining about others and not just doing the job at hand.
