Outside of a few negative experiences with highly stressed leaders that poorly communicate, I have had a wonderful experience. The People & Culture team really set the standard high here at Integrity, if only other departments could have that team player attitude and work life balance.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have had an overall great experience at Integrity. I love the thought our CEO puts into every little detail from the building decor, to the beautiful art we have displayed and the meaning behind it, down to the hospitality we provide to our guests and employees. Integrity works hard, plays harder!

They seem to be very excited and passionate about their career goals.

We respect and celebrate every culture which has taught me so much in my short time at Integrity.

My team are like a second family to me. The people are really what motivate me to be here every day. I love that we are all so different from many different cultures and I look forward to seeing them every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diverse company culture is what attracted me to my position. Cultivating an environment where everyone feels valued, empowered and accepted is the driving force that leads to excellence in the workforce. It could be more valued by director level leadership, however.
