I like how they are personable and grouded as leaders and co-workers.
Workload, knowledge, contribution, and experience are not currently fairly compensated in the SalesOps department. The expectation and qualifications for roles and leadership are still not fairly assigned which rolls up into unfair compensation for non-leadership roles despite better qualifications
Professional acumen and decorum exists with some colleagues and that is the least that i expect. As leadership made more questionable personnel decisions for management/leadership roles the impact was trickle down of lower quality colleagues resulting in increased workload for those more capable.
The good people and the actual work itself in my opinion heavily outweigh the negative. That being said the good people should not be the minority nor the majority of the work be completed by the minority due to poor personnel in positions of leadership. Corrections would have been made elsewhere.
Enjoying the work itself and learning not only about the company, partners, business units and the industry but with the good people that are employed i am able to partake in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. Work gets done and when i ignore the negativity and noise it gets done in a fun space.
