I think Integrity is a place that someone who cares about insurance can really thrive and feel great. If you don't care about insurance or that industry, it's hard to feel like the work is meaningful. That said, the people I work with are fantastic and we're all trying our best.

Creating new things that are well-received by my team and ultimately the client.

I appreciate the cost sharing on health insurance most. It's very inexpensive compared to the market.

My team is incredibly hard working and willing to jump in when needed. They're the best reason to be here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy that other people are very excited and invested in the culture, but it's not as much my thing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems like they work hard to stay afloat and get the things done that are asked for by execs.
