I work with great people and in a beautiful office. I enjoy my boss My only areas of concern would be my compensation, boredom and a few leaders in my department. Overall, I am satisfied with my job.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun, hardworking, and supportive. They are the reason I enjoy coming into the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive leaders are very personable. It feels easy to approach them. I enjoy seeing them speak about company initiatives at Town Hall.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people in SSC are overall wonderful. I enjoy spending time with them in the office. There are also great amenities in the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am being paid below my market value based on my education and professional experience. I would be willing to take on more strategic work for an increase in pay. If my role offered more flexible work models (hybrid), I would be more open to the lower pay.
