I like coming into such a warm and friendly office environment every day. Everyone I work with is great and talented. Since the company is so big there is a lot of miscommunication or people left out of the loop on things. There is an in-crowd to be a part of here.

I like interacting with people and love the in office culture.

I like the company celebrates employee culture and has events that are fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like some of the perks and extra benefits at Integrity. Hinge Health is fantastic. I also like the birthday time off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how personable the leadership team is here. They always have a smile and a kind word to say. I feel like the company is large but has a small family feel to it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fairly new and is going through a transition. I like that we are small and able to work together on a daily basis. We are determined to get a good process in place so we can be successful.
